4. AI Processing and Generated Content
To provide image-generation features, picalta may transmit uploaded product images, user instructions, and related generation data to third-party artificial intelligence service providers.
Depending on the feature and available provider, these services may include Google and OpenAI. They process information on our behalf to generate requested visual assets. We do not intentionally include your Google Account ID, Google profile photo, or other Google profile information in image-generation requests.
You should not upload confidential, sensitive, regulated, or personal information that is unnecessary for generating product visuals.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account information for as long as your picalta account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Uploaded images and generated content may be stored so that you can access your generation history. You may delete available content through the product interface where supported or request deletion by contacting us.
You may request deletion of your picalta account and associated personal information by emailing privacy@picalta.com.
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information unless retention is required by law, necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Revoking picalta’s access through your Google Account prevents future Google authorization but does not automatically delete information already stored in your picalta account. A separate deletion request may therefore be required.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, authentication protections, and restricted access to production systems.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting access to their Google Account and devices.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request a portable copy of certain information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To submit a request, contact privacy@picalta.com.
10. International Data Transfers
picalta and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
